A notary cannot choose a notarial act for you or provide legal advice. If your document does not indicate what type of notarization is required, you may need to ask the person or organization requesting the document or consult an attorney.
-
Remote Online Notarization allows an eligible document to be notarized electronically using a secure online platform rather than meeting in person. The signer completes identity verification and meets with the notary by live audio-video conference.
Not every situation is appropriate for remote notarization, so please contact me if you’re unsure which service you need.
-
Pricing depends on the type of appointment, location, number of notarizations, and any applicable convenience or travel charges. You’ll be able to review the cost when booking, and any additional charges will be communicated before your appointment.
-
Potentially. The notary must be able to communicate directly with the signer and be satisfied that the signer understands what they are signing. Please contact me before booking if the document or signing will involve another language.
