Mobile service from $60 (plus notarial fee)

Your mobile service fee includes travel to your location and up to 30 minutes of appointment time.

• The standard $60 mobile service fee applies to appointments from 14th St. to 110th St in Manhattan.

• Appointments elsewhere in Manhattan (below 14th or above 110th) are available for an additional $15 travel fee.

• Brooklyn, Queens & the Bronx: From $80 (exact travel fee based on location and availability)

• New York notarial fee: $2 per person, per applicable notarial act, as permitted by state law.

• No additional charge for same-day appointments.

  Weekday appointment after 7 PM: +$25
  Weekend appointment (10AM–8PM): +$25

Any additional charge will be clearly disclosed before your appointment is confirmed. All mobile appointments are subject to availability.

Remote Online Notarization

$25 per notarial act

• Complete your notarization securely online using live audio-video technology and identity verification—no in-person meeting required.

Complex or Extended Appointments

Have multiple signers, a large document package or an appointment that may require additional time? Get in touch before booking. Extended or complex mobile appointments can be quoted in advance, so you’ll know what to expect before we meet.

Payment

Mobile appointments: After booking, you’ll receive a Square invoice. You may pay in advance through the invoice or by cash or card at your appointment.

Online appointments: Payment is due before your scheduled session. If payment hasn’t been collected during booking, you’ll receive a secure payment link.
